How do I figure out what size I am?
To best gauge your appropriate size, please refer to this Sizing Chart. For a particular item you’re interested in, the sample size on model is marked on the respective product page for your reference.
Where is our embroidery produced?
Slasssh produces all embroideries at our studio in Hong Kong. Thus, each embroidery may differ.
Why is there a cover-up fabric behind each of our embroidery?
Slasssh aims to ensure your full satisfaction. To provide the best comfort for wearing each of our embroidered garments, we cut and iron a cover-up fabric ourselves at the back of each embroidery, for which you are advised not to peel off.
Ordering
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
To be eco-friendly and avert waste, we produce the embroidery apparel after your order is successfully received.
Your order will be dispatched within 4-5 business days (Except for preorder items). Once the order has dispatched, you will receive an acknowledgement email with a tracking number.
Local delivery usually takes 1-3 business days to arrive. International delivery typically takes 4-7 business days to arrive.
Please note, the delivery time may vary due to weather, customs, or any unforeseen variables.
I have placed a successful order, but why haven't I received a confirmation email?
If your order is successful, you should receive a confirmation email with an order number. If you have not received an email after 3 hours, please contact us to secure your order. Kindly check the junk mail box too, as email service classifications vary.
I have just placed an order, can I edit / cancel it?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be edited or cancelled once they are placed.
Can I revise my order after it has been placed?
Once your order has been submitted, you cannot add additional items. In alternatives, you may submit a new order for additional items.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Via Stripe system)
Instant checkout is also available for customers who have Apple Pay set up on phone. (please note discount code cannot be applied)
When will payment for on an online order be charged?
Online orders will usually be charged once we have confirmed your order; transaction time varies among different card providers.
Can multiple orders be combined?
We cannot combine orders due to the high volume of orders. Kindly place all desired items in the cart before checking out.
Shipping
Where could I find my tracking number?
Your order will be dispatched within 4-5 business days (Except for preorder items). Once the order has dispatched, you will receive an acknowledgement email quoting tracking number.
What courier provider do you use?
All orders are delivered from Hong Kong via SF Express.
Will I be charged for delivery fee?
Delivery fee will be included at checkout (if applicable).

I’ve added the incorrect shipping address, how do I change it?
You must contact us to change your shipping address. The shipping address can only be changed before the order is dispatched.
Where else can I find your product?
Currently, all Slasssh products are sold exclusively on our online shop.
I have received a defective product. What should I do?
Please contact [email protected] as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.
Return and Shipping Policies
Return and Exchange Policy
HKSARS Returns
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged, and the return policy lasts for 7 business days after the arrival of the parcel. If you need to exchange item(s) purchased, please contact us at [email protected].
We are not responsible for the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we required a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note - customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.

Invalid Shipping Addresses
We are unable to ship domestically and / or internationally to P.O./APO/FPO boxes.
Duty, VAT and Other Fees
Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted. Check your local customs authority website for the latest updates on Value Added Tax (VAT) rates, customs tariffs and other fees. Slasssh holds no responsibility for fees that are subjected by international authorities.
Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.
Risk of Loss
All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Slasssh. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Slasssh delivers these items to the carrier.
